All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and include your order number. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled and we will go through either the refund or exchange processes below.
We’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your product. If your order has been received, when you contact us we will send you a return mailing slip via email that you can use to send the product back to us and your money will be returned once we get the product back.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or exchange for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
- You receive the wrong item;
- You do not want the product you have received (the item must be unused and in original packaging).
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product – perhaps for a different size or color, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 30 days of receiving your product. We will send you a return mailing slip that you can use to send the item back to us. If it’s for a different color it will be free of charge but if it is for a larger size that is more expensive than the one purchased we will simply charge you the difference between the two. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first so we can send you the return mailing slip. Also the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
