- 140g dairy-free unfold
- 140g comfortable gentle brown sugar
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 175g rolled oats
- 75g chopped nuts of your selection
- 75g dried fruit (comparable to raisins, dried cranberries, chopped apricots)

Methodology
- STEP 1
Warmth the oven to 160C/140C fan/fuel 4 and line a 20cm sq. baking tin with baking parchment.
- STEP 2
Soften the dairy-free unfold, sugar and syrup in a saucepan over a medium warmth. Take away from the warmth and tip within the oats, chopped nuts and dried fruit. Switch to the tin, packing the combination in with the again of a spoon.
- STEP 3
Bake for 30 – 35 minutes till frivolously golden and crisp across the edges. Go away to chill within the tin earlier than slicing into squares. Preserve in an hermetic container for as much as three days.
